first of all, don’t let numbers make you feel like you’re overweight!! I’m guilty of focusing on numbers myself, but it’s not healthy to do that. remember that muscle weighs more than fat!! and also, your weight should be based on your age and height
but if you would like to lose weight, I would recommend working out 4 days a week & eating healthy- no junk whatsoever!! running is a good fat burning exercise & drink lots of water
